You can update your billing information and process any past due payments directly through the Account Management page. Follow the steps below to get started.

⚠️ Please Note:

The ACH (Bank Account) payment option is only available to US customers.


πŸ› οΈ Update Billing Information

Follow the steps below to update your payment method or process a past due payment through the Account Management page.

  1. Navigate to the Account Management page using the link for your software:

  2. Log in with your admin email address and password.

  3. Select Billing at the top of the page.
    ​

  4. Select Update Payment Method. If your payment is past due, select Update & Process Credit Card instead.
    ​

  5. Choose your preferred payment method:

    • Credit Card

    • Bank Account (ACH) β€” you will need your routing number and bank account number.

  6. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions.

  7. Select Save Credit Card, Save Payment, or Update & Process Credit Card.

  8. Your payment method has been updated. If you had a past due payment, it has now been processed.

What is ACH and can I use it to pay?

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House β€” it allows you to pay directly from your bank account using your routing and account numbers. This option is only available to US customers.

What happens if my payment is past due?

If your payment is past due, you will see the option to Update & Process Credit Card instead of the standard Update Payment Method button. Selecting this will update your payment method and immediately process the outstanding balance.

Will updating my payment method automatically process a past due balance?

Only if you select Update & Process Credit Card. If you select Save Credit Card or Save Payment, your payment method will be updated but the past due balance will not be automatically charged.
