Use the steps below to reset your password through the online login portal.

  • It’s best to complete these steps on a desktop or laptop. Using a mobile browser or the app may cause redirect issues.

  • Password reset links expire shortly after they’re sent. Be sure to use the link promptly.

  • Resetting your password may not log you out of all devices immediately. If needed, log out manually to ensure full account security.

  • Use a strong, unique password with at least 8 characters that include letters, numbers, and symbols.

  • If you're unable to complete the reset or no longer have access to your login email, reach out to support via live chat or email at [email protected] for help.

  1. Navigate to the online login portal for the software.

  2. Click the Forgot your password? on the login page.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  4. Click Reset my password or Submit.

  5. Check your email and click the link in the password reset message, then follow the prompts to set a new password.

  6. Return to the login screen and sign in using your new credentials.

How do I log out of the mobile app?

You do not need to reset your password to sign out of the mobile app. To log out, open the app, tap More in the lower right, then scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out. You can sign back in anytime with your existing email and password.

I didn’t receive the reset email, what now?

Check your spam or junk folder in case the reset email was filtered.
Make sure you entered the correct email tied to your account.

How can I change my password while logged in?

  1. While logged in, click your name in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Billing and Account.

  3. Go to the Users tab in the top menu.

  4. Find your name, then click Change Password in the lower right corner of your user box.

Can I reset another user's password?

Only administrators with proper permissions can change passwords for other users.
Go to the Users tab in account management to make changes.
